Why jewelry starts at $49
Metal and stones reflect everything around them, so every piece is lit and retouched at the reflective rate. The aim is a piece that looks the way it does in the hand: true metal color, clean stones and no stray reflections.
If the reflections in a delivered image do not match the references you sent, correcting them is free under our revision policy.

Scale, on a hand or on a model
A ring on white does not show how big it is. A hand model photo ($69) shows scale at once; a model photo ($89) is the shot for necklaces and earrings, which need a face and a neckline.
Movement sells shine
Stones only sparkle when they move. A 360 video ($99) turns the piece through a full rotation, and hand model video ($89) catches the light as the piece is worn.

Add each product and pick its shots from the catalogue. The total updates as you go, so the price is settled before you ship.
- Step 2
Send the products
Ship them to Brooklyn with a label arranged from your dashboard, or drop them off in New York by arrangement.
- Step 3
We shoot and retouch
Steamed, styled, shot and retouched to the spec you saved, against the references you attached to each product.
- Step 4
Review and download
Your gallery arrives in 3 to 10 business days. Ask for fixes on the frame itself, then download everything at full size.
Questions
Will the metal color be accurate?
Send a reference or describe the finish in your shot list and we match it. A delivered image that does not match a clear reference is corrected at no charge.
What is included in the per-image price?
The studio, the photographer, steaming and styling, professional retouching, a pure white background, the angles you ask for, and unlimited usage rights on product images. Nothing is added on top. What the price includes.
How long does it take?
Images are delivered in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your plan, counted from the day both your products and your payment have arrived. Expedited delivery costs 25% more and rush 50% more, and both shorten the deadline. Model shoots take longer, because casting comes first.
How do I get my products to you?
Ship them to our Brooklyn studio from anywhere in the US. You can arrange the label through your dashboard at live carrier rates or use your own. When you order you choose what happens afterwards: we ship them back, donate them, or dispose of them. Shipping guide.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
Yes. You have 7 days after delivery to request edits on the frame itself in your gallery. Fixes are free when the fault is ours, such as a missed shot, a color that does not match your reference, or wrong reflections. Other edits are $25 an hour, and anything under an hour is free. Revision policy.
Can I use the images anywhere?
Product images come with unlimited usage rights: your site, marketplaces, ads, print, with no time limit. Images with a recognisable model are licensed for one year, and extensions are available. Usage rights.
