Which video to choose

  • 360 video ($99): shoes or jewelry turning a full circle on white, so every side is visible before someone buys
  • Hand model video ($89): jewelry moving on a hand, with the light catching it as it turns
  • Model video (from $99): the product worn and moving on a model, cut as a short clip
  • Model video plus (from $139): the longer edit, with more setups and more angles

A model video is a model shoot

Model and hand-model videos count toward the 20-image model minimum, together with any model photos on the order, and follow the model-shoot timeline: casting, then the shoot day, then the edit. Allow up to 14 business days. You can steer a model shoot live while it happens.

A 360 video is a product shot, not a model shoot, so it follows the standard timeline and has no model minimum.

Delivered with your photos

Questions

Is a 360 video the same as an interactive spin?

No. It is a video of the product turning a full circle, which plays anywhere a video does. If your store needs a frame-by-frame spin set instead, ask us before you order.

How do I get my products to you?

Ship them to our Brooklyn studio from anywhere in the US. You can arrange the label through your dashboard at live carrier rates or use your own. When you order you choose what happens afterwards: we ship them back, donate them, or dispose of them. Shipping guide.

Can I ask for changes after delivery?

Yes. You have 7 days after delivery to request edits on the frame itself in your gallery. Fixes are free when the fault is ours, such as a missed shot, a color that does not match your reference, or wrong reflections. Other edits are $25 an hour, and anything under an hour is free. Revision policy.

Can I use the images anywhere?

Product images come with unlimited usage rights: your site, marketplaces, ads, print, with no time limit. Images with a recognisable model are licensed for one year, and extensions are available. Usage rights.

How do I pay?

You send your shoot request unpaid. We check it, then send an invoice, and paying it confirms the order. Bank transfer (ACH), Zelle and checks carry no fee; cards add 3%.
