Which shot does your garment need?
Many brands mix them: flat lays for the collection grid, a ghost or model shot as the first image on each product page.

- Flat lay ($39): tops, knitwear, denim and kidswear. The quickest way to put a whole range on one grid. More on flat lays.
- Ghost mannequin ($69): shows fit and shape with nobody inside the garment. Right for jackets, dresses and tailoring. More on ghost mannequin.
- Hanged shot ($39): keeps the natural drape of shirts and outerwear.
- Model photo ($79): fit on a body, with the model, styling and retouching included. Minimum 20 images.
Prepared before it is shot
Every garment is steamed or ironed before it reaches the set, and that is included. Send clean, unworn pieces; garments that have been worn on a previous shoot and not laundered are declined.
For ghost mannequin, send the size that fits our forms. If a piece falls between two sizes, send the larger one. Mannequin measurements.
The next colorway matches the first
Your angles, background, crop and file sizes are saved as a spec in your dashboard, and your shot lists as templates. When a new colorway arrives months later, it is shot to the same spec and sits on the same grid as the first run.

Add each product and pick its shots from the catalogue. The total updates as you go, so the price is settled before you ship.
- Step 2
Send the products
Ship them to Brooklyn with a label arranged from your dashboard, or drop them off in New York by arrangement.
- Step 3
We shoot and retouch
Steamed, styled, shot and retouched to the spec you saved, against the references you attached to each product.
- Step 4
Review and download
Your gallery arrives in 3 to 10 business days. Ask for fixes on the frame itself, then download everything at full size.
Questions
Do you photograph clothing on models?
Yes. We cast for you: each casting round gives you three to five candidates, two rounds are included, and a round takes up to three business days. You can also bring your own model. On-model work has a minimum of 20 images. How castings work.
Can you shoot kids' clothing on a ghost mannequin?
Yes. As well as adult female and male forms, we have mannequins sized for ages 12, 6 and 2. Mannequin sizes.
What is included in the per-image price?
The studio, the photographer, steaming and styling, professional retouching, a pure white background, the angles you ask for, and unlimited usage rights on product images. Nothing is added on top. What the price includes.
How long does it take?
Images are delivered in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your plan, counted from the day both your products and your payment have arrived. Expedited delivery costs 25% more and rush 50% more, and both shorten the deadline. Model shoots take longer, because casting comes first.
How do I get my products to you?
Ship them to our Brooklyn studio from anywhere in the US. You can arrange the label through your dashboard at live carrier rates or use your own. When you order you choose what happens afterwards: we ship them back, donate them, or dispose of them. Shipping guide.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
Yes. You have 7 days after delivery to request edits on the frame itself in your gallery. Fixes are free when the fault is ours, such as a missed shot, a color that does not match your reference, or wrong reflections. Other edits are $25 an hour, and anything under an hour is free. Revision policy.
Can I use the images anywhere?
Product images come with unlimited usage rights: your site, marketplaces, ads, print, with no time limit. Images with a recognisable model are licensed for one year, and extensions are available. Usage rights.
