From your products to finished images

You build the shoot and watch the price as you build it. We read it, invoice it, shoot it, and hand back a gallery that is yours. The quote, the shoot, the images and the invoice all live in one dashboard.

First, two ways to buy

Most brands send their products and let us shoot them. Some want to be on set and direct the shoot themselves. Pick the one that fits before you start.

Send us your products

Priced per image, from $39

Ship your products in and we photograph and edit them to your specs. You choose every shot in the dashboard and never have to come in. The six steps below are this route.

  • The studio and a photographer
  • Steaming and styling
  • Professional retouching
  • A model, where the shot needs one

Book the studio

Priced by the day, from $1,000

Take a half day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours) on set and direct the shoot yourself. Request a date in the dashboard and we confirm it with the final figures.

  • The studio and all equipment
  • A photographer
  • Every frame shot on the day
  • Your own model at no charge

Then, the process

Six steps. You do three of them, we do three, and you can see where your order is at any point.

  1. Step 1

Build the shoot, and watch the price as you build it

List your products, pick an image type for each one, attach references and set your output specs. Deliverables are quantity multiplied by the references you mark as deliverable, and the running total updates on every change.

So you know exactly what the shoot costs before you send anything. Model shoots have a 20-image minimum, because booking a model, a stylist and the studio costs the same whether you shoot two frames or twenty.

Build a shoot: products, shots, references and the running total.
  2. Step 2

Send it. There is nothing to pay yet

A shoot request arrives with us unpaid. No card, no deposit, no commitment. We read it properly, come back with questions if something does not add up, and price it.

If we have written the proposal for you, you accept it in the dashboard. Either way, the next thing that happens is an invoice, not a charge.

The order page once it is sent. A proposal, with nothing paid.
  3. Step 3

We invoice, you pay, and the clock starts

Payment is what confirms an order. Your delivery window counts from the moment the money lands, not from when you asked, so a bank transfer that takes two days to clear moves the delivery date with it.

Bank transfer, Zelle, or card with a 3% fee. Any account credit comes off first, and the order page shows the arithmetic before you pay.

The same order invoiced, with the charge worked out beside the button.
  4. Step 4

    Get your products to Brooklyn

Drop them off at the studio by arrangement, or ship from anywhere in the US. Send them after you have requested the shoot rather than before, so we can match the box to the order.

You tell us up front what happens to them afterwards: returned, donated or discarded. If we are arranging the return label you see an estimate while you build, and pay the real carrier rate when you pick the service.

The builder's second page, where you say how the products reach us and what happens to them after.
  5. Step 5

Shoot day: join it live, or pick from everything we shot

On model shoots you can join the shoot live from wherever you are and steer it while it is happening: a different angle, a change of styling, one more look. That is the only point at which the set can change.

If you are not on the call we shoot the whole thing out. Ask for 20 model images and we may take 200, then you choose which of them get edited and delivered.

Every frame we shot lands in your gallery. The ones you heart are the ones we finish.

And all of it lives in one place

Every shoot you have ever ordered, every gallery we have ever delivered, and the money, in one dashboard, free with every account.

Questions

What is included in the per-image price?

The studio, the photographer, steaming and styling, professional retouching, a pure white background, the angles you ask for, and unlimited usage rights on product images. Nothing is added on top. What the price includes.

How long does it take?

Images are delivered in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your plan, counted from the day both your products and your payment have arrived. Expedited delivery costs 25% more and rush 50% more, and both shorten the deadline. Model shoots take longer, because casting comes first.

How do I get my products to you?

Ship them to our Brooklyn studio from anywhere in the US. You can arrange the label through your dashboard at live carrier rates or use your own. When you order you choose what happens afterwards: we ship them back, donate them, or dispose of them. Shipping guide.

Can I ask for changes after delivery?

Yes. You have 7 days after delivery to request edits on the frame itself in your gallery. Fixes are free when the fault is ours, such as a missed shot, a color that does not match your reference, or wrong reflections. Other edits are $25 an hour, and anything under an hour is free. Revision policy.

Can I use the images anywhere?

Product images come with unlimited usage rights: your site, marketplaces, ads, print, with no time limit. Images with a recognisable model are licensed for one year, and extensions are available. Usage rights.

Is there a minimum order?

Without a membership, an order needs at least 5 images. Members have no minimum. On-model work has a minimum of 20 images, because a model is booked for the day whatever the count.

Can I attend the shoot?

You do not need to: most clients send a shot list and review the gallery. On a model shoot you can steer it while it happens, approving frames over a live stream or joining us in the studio by arrangement. Attending a shoot.

How do I pay?

You send your shoot request unpaid. We check it, then send an invoice, and paying it confirms the order. Bank transfer (ACH), Zelle and checks carry no fee; cards add 3%.

Start with the shot list.

Build a shot list in the dashboard and see the total before you commit to anything. There is nothing to pay until we have checked it with you.
