Hats at every angle
One cap, shot every way a product page asks for. Read it like a compass: the top row looks down on the front, the middle row goes round it, and the bottom row looks underneath and up close.
List the angles you want in your shot list: three-quarter, profile, back, inside the crown, or a close-up of the label, the strap or the embroidery. Each angle is one image at the price shown, so you know the total before you ship.
A single cap at any angle is a Standard shot at $39, and the spin in the middle is a 360 video.
Model videos
A model video ($99) is a short clip of the hat worn as the model turns, so the crown and brim are seen from every side.
Model videos and model photos count together toward the on-model minimum of 20 per order.

A hat on white cannot show how deep the crown sits or how wide the brim looks against a face. A model photo ($79) shows it worn, in proportion to a person.

Add each product and pick its shots from the catalogue. The total updates as you go, so the price is settled before you ship.

Send the products
Ship them to Brooklyn with a label arranged from your dashboard, or drop them off in New York by arrangement.
- Step 3
We shoot and retouch
Steamed, styled, shot and retouched to the spec you saved, against the references you attached to each product.
- Step 4
Review and download
Your gallery arrives in 3 to 10 business days. Ask for fixes on the frame itself, then download everything at full size.
Questions
Can you photograph the inside of a hat?
Yes. Add an inside angle to the shot list, for the band and the size label, and it is shot and priced like any other image.
What is included in the per-image price?
The studio, the photographer, steaming and styling, professional retouching, a pure white background, the angles you ask for, and unlimited usage rights on product images. Nothing is added on top. What the price includes.
How long does it take?
Images are delivered in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your plan, counted from the day both your products and your payment have arrived. Expedited delivery costs 25% more and rush 50% more, and both shorten the deadline. Model shoots take longer, because casting comes first.
How do I get my products to you?
Ship them to our Brooklyn studio from anywhere in the US. You can arrange the label through your dashboard at live carrier rates or use your own. When you order you choose what happens afterwards: we ship them back, donate them, or dispose of them. Shipping guide.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
Yes. You have 7 days after delivery to request edits on the frame itself in your gallery. Fixes are free when the fault is ours, such as a missed shot, a color that does not match your reference, or wrong reflections. Other edits are $25 an hour, and anything under an hour is free. Revision policy.
Can I use the images anywhere?
Product images come with unlimited usage rights: your site, marketplaces, ads, print, with no time limit. Images with a recognisable model are licensed for one year, and extensions are available. Usage rights.
