Briefs, quotes, approvals, invoices, delivery and revisions were all a thread with somebody. Now they are one account — and you can see where your work stands without asking.

Build the shoot, and watch the price as you build it.

Add each product, choose an image type for it, attach your references and say what we should do with the samples afterwards. The total updates as you go — and nothing is charged. You send a request; we read it and send an invoice.

Book a half day or a full day on set.

The other way to buy. The base covers the studio, the equipment, a photographer and every frame shot on the day; casting, a makeup and hair artist, a studio assistant and a BTS video are each added on top, which is why the figure is always a “from”.

Your garment, on an AI model.

Turn flat-lay garment photos into on-model shots — you choose the models, the poses and the background, and a full set comes back in minutes. Credits are included every month on every paid plan. Only your own garments are reproduced faithfully — anything you do not upload, the engine invents.

Every order, and exactly where it stands.

One row per shoot, with the status the studio is actually working to. No more asking where something is: an invoice waiting on you, an order in production and a finished one each look different at a glance.

Delivered work that stays online.

Download one frame or the whole shoot, originals or web-ready. Share a link with a buyer who has no login. On Pay As You Go a gallery is up for 14 days; on every paid plan it stays for as long as you are a member.

Ask on the frame itself.

Pick the image, say what is wrong with it, and the photographer gets your words and that frame rather than a description of it. Every answer stays on the account instead of scattering into somebody’s inbox.

Your whole team, with the right access each.

Invite the people who actually do the work. An owner pays, a manager approves, an assistant builds the shoots — and a role is only a starting point, so you can hand out or withhold any single permission. Junior staff can run an order without ever seeing what it costs.

Save how you like things shot.

Templates hold your reference sets — the angles, the styling, what counts as a deliverable — so the next order starts where the last one finished. Image specs hold the output side: formats, background, size and margins.

Essentials keeps your galleries and speeds delivery up with no order discount at all. Starter, Growth and Scale add the discount on top. The calculator compares them against what you actually ordered, and tells you when the free tier still wins.

What is due, and why.

Bank transfer, Zelle or card. Referral credit comes off the total and paying by card adds 3% — and the page prints that arithmetic before you pay rather than after, so the figure at the checkout is never a surprise.

Two different moments, and they work differently. On a model shoot you can steer it while it is happening. Afterwards you see every frame we took — not just the number you ordered — and choose the ones we finish.

Follow a model shoot live

We offer this on model shoots. Ask when you book, and we will send frames over while we are shooting them, so you can change your mind with the model still on set — a different way to style it, another angle, or stop us going further down the wrong road. It is also the only moment those things can change: once the shoot is over, what exists is what exists. This one is us and you talking, not a screen in the dashboard.

See every frame, pick the ones you want

We shoot far more than you ordered — twenty images can come out of a couple of hundred frames — and you get to see all of them. Go through the gallery and mark the ones you want; those are the ones we finish and deliver. Your order’s count is included, and if you want more than that you can add them with the price in front of you. Send the link to whoever else gets a say: they need no login, and everyone’s picks stay their own.

The ones we are being asked.

What does the dashboard cost?

Nothing. It comes with every account including the free one — there is no tier that unlocks it. Membership changes what an image costs, how fast it is delivered and how long your galleries stay online; it does not gate the software.

Do I need to create an account?

If you are new, yes — it is free and takes a minute. If you have worked with us before, no: yours already exists under the email you have always used. Signing up again would leave you with an empty account beside your real one, so write to us instead if the sign-in page does not recognise you.

Can my colleagues have their own logins?

Yes, and they should. Invite them from Team and choose what each person can do — whether they can pay, whether they see pricing at all. An assistant can build every shoot without ever seeing what it costs.

How does paying work?

Nothing is charged when you send a shoot request. We read it and send an invoice, and you pay by bank transfer, Zelle or card. The order page prints the arithmetic first — any credit coming off, the 3% a card adds, and the figure actually due.
