Revision requestedInvite the people who actually do the work. An owner pays, a manager approves, an assistant builds the shoots — and a role is only a starting point, so you can hand out or withhold any single permission. Junior staff can run an order without ever seeing what it costs.
Templates hold your reference sets — the angles, the styling, what counts as a deliverable — so the next order starts where the last one finished. Image specs hold the output side: formats, background, size and margins.

Bank transfer, Zelle or card. Referral credit comes off the total and paying by card adds 3% — and the page prints that arithmetic before you pay rather than after, so the figure at the checkout is never a surprise.
Two different moments, and they work differently. On a model shoot you can steer it while it is happening. Afterwards you see every frame we took — not just the number you ordered — and choose the ones we finish.
We offer this on model shoots. Ask when you book, and we will send frames over while we are shooting them, so you can change your mind with the model still on set — a different way to style it, another angle, or stop us going further down the wrong road. It is also the only moment those things can change: once the shoot is over, what exists is what exists. This one is us and you talking, not a screen in the dashboard.
We shoot far more than you ordered — twenty images can come out of a couple of hundred frames — and you get to see all of them. Go through the gallery and mark the ones you want; those are the ones we finish and deliver. Your order’s count is included, and if you want more than that you can add them with the price in front of you. Send the link to whoever else gets a say: they need no login, and everyone’s picks stay their own.
Nothing. It comes with every account including the free one — there is no tier that unlocks it. Membership changes what an image costs, how fast it is delivered and how long your galleries stay online; it does not gate the software.
If you are new, yes — it is free and takes a minute. If you have worked with us before, no: yours already exists under the email you have always used. Signing up again would leave you with an empty account beside your real one, so write to us instead if the sign-in page does not recognise you.
Yes, and they should. Invite them from Team and choose what each person can do — whether they can pay, whether they see pricing at all. An assistant can build every shoot without ever seeing what it costs.
Nothing is charged when you send a shoot request. We read it and send an invoice, and you pay by bank transfer, Zelle or card. The order page prints the arithmetic first — any credit coming off, the 3% a card adds, and the figure actually due.
