What if I’m not happy with the images?

If we fail to follow your exact directions, revisions are free. If directions were unclear or open to interpretation, revisions may incur a fee.

How long does it take to receive my images?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after we receive your products, confirm your shot list, and payment is completed.

Can I provide references or specific directions?

Yes. You can upload reference images and add notes for each shot. The more specific your directions, the more precise the results.

Do you offer a test shoot?

Yes. You can send 1–2 products and we’ll shoot them for free so you can evaluate quality before committing to a larger order.
