How quickly will someone answer?

Do I have to pay to get a price?
No. A shoot request arrives with us unpaid. We read it, ask anything that does not add up, and send an invoice once it is agreed. The delivery clock starts when the payment lands, not when you ask.
How do I get my products to Brooklyn?
Ship from anywhere in the US, or drop off at 55 Meadow Street — call ahead to book a time. Send them after you have requested the shoot rather than before, so we can match the box to the order.
What happens to my products afterwards?
You choose when you request the shoot: returned, donated or discarded. If we are buying the return label you see an estimate while you build, and pay the real carrier rate when you pick the service.
Is there a minimum order?
Two, and they are different rules. The free Pay As You Go plan has a five-image minimum per order, which every paid membership removes. Separately, any order containing model photography or model video needs twenty model deliverables, and that one applies on every plan — a model shoot books a person for the day whatever the frame count.
How fast are the images delivered?
Ten business days on Pay As You Go, and seven, five, four or three business days on a paid membership. Expedited and rush are available on product work.
