Build the shoot online
List your products, pick an image type for each, attach references and set your output specs. The running total updates as you build, so you see the price before you send anything.

Send it — nothing to pay yet
A shoot request arrives with us unpaid. We read it, come back with questions if something does not add up, and send an invoice.

Get your products to Brooklyn
Ship from anywhere in the US, or drop off at the studio. You tell us up front whether they come back, get donated, or are discarded.

Download your gallery
Finished images land in a gallery of your own. Favourite the frames you want, download the JPGs or the layered files, and share the link.

Delivery runs 10 business days on the free Pay As You Go plan, and 7, 5, 4 or 3 business days on a paid membership. The clock starts when payment lands, not when you ask. Expedited (+25%) and rush (+50%) are available on product work. Pay As You Go has a five-image minimum per order; paid plans have none. Any order containing model photography or model video needs twenty model deliverables, on every plan.

Questions we get asked
How fast do I get the images?
Ten business days on the free Pay As You Go plan, and seven, five, four or three business days on a paid membership. The clock starts when your payment lands, not when you send the request, so a bank transfer that takes two days moves the date with it.
Is there a minimum order?
Two, and both are real. Pay As You Go has a five-image minimum per order, which every paid membership removes. Separately, any order containing model photography or model video needs twenty model deliverables, and that one applies on every plan including paid ones — a model shoot books a person for the day whatever the frame count.
Do you charge for the studio, the lighting or the photographer?
No. Those are inside the per-image price. The only things that change a per-image total are delivery speed, a handful of output specs, and your membership discount.
Which output specs cost extra?
TIFF and PSD files are +$3 an image each, and any background that is not white is +$3 an image. Everything else about a spec — JPG or PNG, size, margins — costs nothing.
Is booking the studio by the day the same price?
No, and the two are not comparable. A studio day is sold by time from $1,000 for a half day and $1,900 for a full day, and anyone else on set — a cast model, hair and makeup, an assistant — is billed separately on top. The per-image price is the one that is all in.
Is retouching included?
Yes. Standard retouching is inside the per-image price on every image type. Complex manipulation beyond that is quoted separately.
